Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Specialty Holly Springs. This role evaluates patients, develops and modifies individualized treatment plans, and supports functional recovery in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. The position also provides education, maintains timely clinical documentation, and promotes safe, ethical, and effective patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
  • At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Current professional licensure in good standing and compliance with applicable state practice requirements.
• Additional Information:
  • Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals focused on progression toward discharge.
  • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Design functional treatment programs that support patients return to community activities.
  • Complete clear, accurate, and timely medical record documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines and policies.
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
  • Participate in student training and provide appropriate supervision when assigned.
  • Maintain an individualized professional development plan and pursue continuing education.
  • Follow professional standards, ethical requirements, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
