Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Physical Therapy Mountlake Terrace, WA. The position provides outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting. The assignment is scheduled for daytime shifts and includes a defined assignment period from 12/14/2026 through 03/14/2027.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Active physical therapist licensure. A permanent state license is required; compact licensure may be used to begin the assignment while permanent licensure is obtained promptly.
