Job Summary

Ultrasonographer General Asheville, North Carolina. The healthcare provider is seeking a skilled sonographer for a 12-hour day-shift assignment supporting general, vascular, pediatric, emergency, operating room, and invasive examinations. The role requires advanced vascular scanning capabilities and a well-rounded skill set across multiple sonography specialties.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification; two years of experience; advanced vascular sonography skills; proficiency with general and vascular examinations, including carotid, upper- and lower-extremity venous and arterial, abdominal vascular, renal artery, vein mapping, and arteriovenous fistula or graft studies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Support is provided across general, vascular, pediatric, emergency department, operating room, and invasive examinations.
  • Vascular studies comprise at least 50% of the workload.
  • Black uniform attire is required.
  • One position is available.
