Description
Job Summary
Pharmacist, Research Oncology Pharmacist, Santa Monica and Los Angeles, California. The position supports oncology pharmacy services, including intravenous admixture compounding and the preparation of hazardous drugs using acceptable aseptic technique. Prior research experience is strongly preferred, with weekday scheduling and coverage across two work sites.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts with variable MondayFriday scheduling between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of intravenous room experience, including hazardous drug compounding; ability to compound intravenous admixtures using acceptable aseptic technique; California Pharmacist License; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous research experience is strongly preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Coverage may be required across two work sites in Santa Monica and Los Angeles.
- Weekend coverage is not required.
- Blue scrubs are required.
- Assignment period: 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027.
