Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Danville, IL. This position provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a collaborative clinical environment. The role includes case management, patient evaluation and treatment, and use of generative artificial intelligence documentation support to help streamline compliant clinical documentation.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, MondayFriday, 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options are available.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapist qualification
  • Outpatient case management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant clinical team
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 1 year of clinical experience
  • Experience treating orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and manual therapy conditions
  • New graduates are not accepted
• Additional Information:
  • Patient caseload of approximately 1011 patients
  • Evaluations are scheduled in 30-minute blocks; treatment sessions last approximately 11.25 hours
  • Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
  • Cases may include Achilles tendonitis, anterior cruciate ligament tears, back pain, calf strains, disc herniation, fractures, generalized low back pain, headaches, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff conditions, balance disorders, deconditioning, neck and back pain, vestibular conditions, and conditions requiring manual therapy
  • Clinical team structure includes one Physical Therapist and one Physical Therapist Assistant, with the assigned clinician serving as the sole Physical Therapist
