Physical Therapist, Outpatient Greenville, OH. The Physical Therapist evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The role supports functional recovery, patient education, accurate documentation, and the delivery of safe, high-quality therapy services.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals focused on progression toward discharge.
  • Provide individualized treatment programs that support return to community activities.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, timely medical record documentation and ensure care is provided under valid physician orders.
  • Provide direction and delegation for discipline-specific therapy services.
  • Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers as appropriate.
  • Participate in student development and support a positive learning environment when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
  • Follow applicable practice standards, safety procedures, professional codes of conduct, and quality improvement initiatives.
