Job Summary

Mammographer, Mammography. The Mammographer performs mammography procedures in accordance with applicable standards of practice and organizational policies. The role supports increased patient volume and includes four 10-hour day shifts per week with no call requirement.

Job Details

• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week; no call.
• Required Qualifications: Two years of current mammography experience; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in radiography and mammography, ARRT (R)(M); Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA), with an active card in hand before the start date; current flu vaccination required with no exemptions.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stereotactic procedures and needle localization preferred; DEXA experience is a plus.
• Additional Information:
  • Performs mammography procedures within the applicable scope and standards of practice.
  • Supports multiple mammography rooms in response to increased patient volume.
  • Submission materials include a resume, skills sheet, Basic Life Support (BLS) documentation, and proof of flu vaccination.
