Job Summary

Radiation Therapist, Radiation Therapy, Iowa This travel position supports the interdisciplinary team in delivering and managing patient care. The Radiation Therapist provides professional and clinical expertise within a structured weekday schedule.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. No weekends or on-call shifts are scheduled.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 24 months of previous Radiation Therapy experience; active Iowa license; active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Varian TrueBeam experience; successful completion of at least one travel contract; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with American Heart Association (AHA) certification preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • The Radiation Therapist contributes clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary patient-care team.
  • Orientation is provided on Mondays.
  • Holiday coverage may be required for two of the following three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years Day.
