Description
36-40 hours/week (three 12-hr shift or four 10-hr shifts or five 8-hr shifts; start and end times are negotiable) Work Experience:

Prepare the Operating Room: Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies before surgical procedures.

Maintain Sterile Technique: Perform surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving while maintaining a sterile field to prevent infections.

Assist During Surgery: Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons, anticipate surgical needs, and assist the surgical team during procedures.

Postoperative Care: Count instruments, sponges, and needles; handle surgical specimens; and clean and prepare the operating room for the next procedure.
BLS/CPR Certification.
