Description

Days - 0700-1930 3x12s ASAP starts 12 week initial assignment Department is on AWS - Billing will be DT after 12 hours per day, OT after 40 per week. Work Experience:
The Respiratory Care Practitioner has the responsibility, accountability, and the authority to deliver safe, effective, quality respiratory care according to the philosophy and goals/objectives, policies, procedures, guidelines and objectives of Respiratory Care Services. The RCP, utilizing the Relationship Based Care Model and the four C’s of the NorthBay Way assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all patients assigned to his/her care. The RCP makes determinations regarding the progress of the patient toward goals and utilizes a therapeutic professional relationship with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team to facilitate the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health. License:
Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License by the state of California. CRT required. RRT required Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification. ACLS PALS NRP
