Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in accordance with their specific needs. The role involves assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Active license required
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training

Key Responsibilities

• Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous education to stay current with rehabilitation practices and procedures.

Additional Information

Direct documentation with the assigned organization will be required before commencing the assignment. Eligible candidates can work in Washington and Alaska using a Compact License. If previously employed within the last year, candidates must be redirected, as they are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
