General Information
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The position is located in Richmond, VA, at a facility with a total of 430 beds.
Unit Information
- Number of Staff: 25
- Patient Ratios: Normal floor assignment is 20-25 treatments per round
- Type of Equipment: Oxygen, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, nebulizers, blood gas machines
- EMR: Meditech
Typical Procedures
- Nebulizers
- BIPAP/CPAP
- Ventilators
- Arterial Blood Gases
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current Virginia State License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Work Schedule
- Rotating weekends
- Available for one 24-hour call shift every 5-6 weeks
Dress Code
Scrubs should be navy blue in color.
