Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing comprehensive cardiopulmonary services, following established protocols and departmental policies to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with both invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Deliver medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas.
- Maintain patient airways and manage ventilators.
- Perform intubations and conduct blood gas analyses.
- Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients.
Qualifications
- MUST possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum experience in ICU, general floors, and emergency department (ED).
- Basic knowledge of NICU and pediatric care to support the ED as needed.
- Certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- A strong commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
Schedule
This position requires availability for day shifts, typically from 0630 to 1900, working three 12-hour shifts per week.
Location
This role is located in the region of Northwest Medical Center.
