Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The position involves working primarily with inpatients and outpatients as needed and offers an opportunity to contribute to a swing bed program.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, planning, and implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical record systems.
• Guide and mentor physical therapy assistants in delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with swing bed programs is preferred.
• Proficient with electronic medical records, specifically Web PT and TruBridge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Staffing and Work Environment

The role typically involves a staffing ratio of 1-2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace. The position requires 8-hour workdays with flexibility to provide services in both inpatient and outpatient settings as needed.
