Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a strong background in orthopedic therapy, specifically focusing on upper extremity treatment including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday through Thursday
Shift Length: 10 hours (4 days per week)
Fridays Off

Position Requirements

Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Current BLS Certification

Job Responsibilities

Treat an average of 12 patients each day with a primary focus on orthopedic conditions.
Provide therapy for various common diagnoses, including but not limited to orthopedic issues, CVA, MS, and head injuries.
Conduct outpatient orthopedic therapy, ensuring quality patient care and optimal recovery outcomes.
Utilize ReDoc documentation for outpatient sessions and Meditech for acute care documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with lymphedema training is a plus.
Familiarity with treating conditions related to hands, elbows, and shoulders in an orthopedic setting.

Additional Information

No weekend or holiday requirements.
Uniform: Scrubs required; no denim allowed.
Department-specific orientation will be provided.
