Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care in a reputable facility located in Spotsylvania, VA. The position involves working 7 PM to 7 AM shifts and requires a strong background in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) procedures and support.
Unit Specifics
- Number of Beds: 140
- Patient Ratios: N/A
- Type of Equipment: Hamilton C1, V60, Hamilton MR1
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 3-12 hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
- Floating Policy: N/A
- Patient Experience Requirements: Adults and NICU care
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP preferred but can be obtained after hire
Requested Skill Set
- Minimum of 2 years of general RT experience
- NICU experience is required
- Familiarity with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 for ventilation
Dress Code
All black scrubs are required for this position.
