Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Contract position in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This is a 13-week contract requiring night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care options.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in a CVICU setting.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications are required.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and varying schedules.

Location

This position is located in the city of your choice within the state, with multiple locations available.

Contract Duration

The position is for a 13-week contract period.
