Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team for full-time positions in the critical care unit. This role requires an individual with a strong clinical background and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Shift Details

The position involves working the day shift, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Location

Multiple locations are available within the region, specifically in City, State.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
