Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while they recover from surgery or manage chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Document all patient information accurately in medical records.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
