Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Med/Surg unit. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care to patients during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Shift Information
This position requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Location
The role is available in a facility located in City, State.
