Facility Overview

Join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic with a supportive team environment. The clinic features strong collaboration among staff, including two additional physical therapists, a rehab aide, and a patient experience coordinator.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills to manage a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with various orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a high caseload, with an expectation of 12+ patient visits per day.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population

The patient population includes older adults, post-operative patients, general orthopedic patients, adolescents, and sports medicine patients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Schedule Details

Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes, with an average treatment time of 60 minutes. The clinic operates from:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Documentation System

The clinic utilizes NextGen for documentation.

Staff Support

The team comprises 2 Physical Therapists, 1 Rehab Aide, and 1 Patient Experience Coordinator, ensuring effective patient care and support.

Additional Information

Dress code is business casual. Floating to other locations may be required. There is potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance and fit.
