Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and triage patients based on their medical needs and severity of conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work nights, including a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
