Location: Ft Walton Beach, FL

  • Number of Beds: 12 OR (2 CVOR), Level 2 Trauma Center
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1
  • Staffing Description: 4 RNs per OR suite (2 circulators, 1 scrub RN, 1 RNFA)
  • Type of Equipment: OR Equipment
  • Documentation System: MediTech
  • Scheduling Requirements: OR is staffed 24/7
  • Floating Policy: No floating
  • Patient Experience Requirements: Hourly updates to family members
• Certifications: None required

Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set: Experienced CVOR Nurses

• Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of cardiovascular experience
• Advanced Skills: Prefer experience with Ortho/Neuro and Da Vinci robot
• Procedures Performed: CABG, valve replacement, minimally invasive valve replacement, dissections, thoracic procedures, vascular procedures
• Certifications Required: BLS

Scrubs provided by the hospital.
