Position Overview

This travel RN position is available in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role requires a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients, particularly those requiring advanced cardiovascular treatment.

With a capacity of 257 beds and a team of over 200 respected physicians, it is equipped to handle various complex medical situations including open heart surgery, cancer care, and advanced trauma services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in CVICU.
• Current nursing license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
