Job Description
This position requires a Registered Nurse to work either 36 or 40 hours per week on day shifts. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule that encompasses both weekend and weekday calls, reflecting the rotation of the general staff. Call will be divided between two groups. There may also be holiday call obligations if a holiday falls during the RN's contract. The call schedule is subject to adjustments based on patient census and staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care within the operating room environment.
- Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment during surgical procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in robotic, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries is highly recommended.
- Proficiency in Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Additional Information
Holiday coverage will be required.
