Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting. This role demands proficiency across various surgical specialties, including but not limited to:

• Orthopedic Surgery
• Total Joint Replacements
• Fracture Repairs (Ankle/Hip)
• Gynecological Surgery
• Robotic Surgery
• Urology Procedures
• General Surgery
• Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Procedures
• Orthopedic Spine Surgery

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Operating Room nursing experience is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are mandatory.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Epic.
• Previous travel experience is necessary.
• Candidates must be competent in all listed surgical specialties.

Schedule and Requirements

This position requires 10-hour day shifts with variable on-call responsibilities. Applicants must be available to work on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Please note that there is no block scheduling available.
