Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg unit. This position requires a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Information

• Location: 2 North, City, State
• Number of Beds: 14
• Staff: 3 RNs, 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT), 1 Free Float Certified Nursing Coordinator (CNC)
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Type of Equipment: Alaris Pump
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
• Permanent Positions Available: Yes

Shift Details

• Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Call Requirements: Rotating weekends

Qualifications

Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Must Have:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Preferred:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Rhythm Interpretation skills

• Bronchoscopy
• EGD/Colonoscopy

Dress Code
