Job Description
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' respiratory care needs based on various data sources. This role involves planning, organizing, performing, and evaluating treatment modalities to effectively meet those needs and ensure an optimal patient and family experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' respiratory care requirements through comprehensive evaluation.
- Plan and implement appropriate treatment protocols and modalities.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and adjust as needed.
- Facilitate optimal interactions with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Required credentials: CRT or RRT, BLS (AHA).
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania state license.
Work Schedule
This position offers 36 hours of work per week, requiring availability for every other weekend and holiday, with no on-call responsibilities.
