Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The role involves working with patients to reduce pain and improve their mobility through customized treatment plans. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with patients to teach preventative techniques to help manage their conditions and achieve long-term health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients to assess their physical condition and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various treatment techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
• Design fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing patient health and preventing mobility loss.
• Provide care in diverse settings, including rehabilitation facilities and outpatient clinics.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized organization.
• Minimum of one year of inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Familiarity with EMR system, preferably MedHost.
• Wearing solid color scrubs is mandatory.

Location

This position is available in a city within the region. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
