Rehabilitation Provider

Job Overview

This position requires an enthusiastic and qualified individual to provide rehabilitation services. The role will involve working within a team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Shift Information

Shift: 8D
Days: Day shifts available

Responsibilities

Complete necessary documentation and requirements for assignment clearance.
Provide rehabilitation services in a compassionate and efficient manner.
Work collaboratively with a team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year
Certifications Required:
- General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
- Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training
Active License required for practice.

Additional Information

Credentialing requirements will be communicated prior to the start date.
Parking will be provided on the first day of the assignment.
Dress code information will be provided on the first day.
Holiday coverage is not required for this position.
