Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to providing high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must live 80+ miles from the facility
- Driver's license required
