Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical nursing and a passion for delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health and wellness.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg or a related area.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Work Schedule

This position includes night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.
