Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit Information

Location: Kingwood, TX

• Number of Beds: 28
• Number of Staff: 31
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Type of Equipment: Telemetry
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Role Responsibilities

The Telehealth Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on the designated unit. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring telemetry patients and responding to changes in condition.
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and implementing treatment plans.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide coordinated care.
• Documenting all patient interactions and care provided in the EMR.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Required:
  • Telehealth experience
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience
  • Phlebotomy skills
• Preferred:
  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR

Dress Code

All staff members must adhere to the following dress code:

• Scrub Color: Royal blue preferred; navy or dark green acceptable
• Shoes: Black, white, or gray only
