Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Cath Lab Technologist experience, with recent experience within the last year (EP Lab or Cath Lab experience accepted)
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Valid driver's license
Onboarding Requirements
Health and Immunizations
- COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, and Varicella (required for onboarding)
- Annual TB questionnaire (required for onboarding)
- TB test (optional)
- Rapid 10-panel drug screen within the past 12 months (required for onboarding)
- Respirator mask fit questionnaire
Background and Verification
- 7-year criminal county search, SSN trace, and national criminal database check within 12 months before start date (state instant background accepted if county results are delayed by courthouse closures or response times)
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days before start for the state where the candidate lives
- State sex offender registry check
- OIG, GSA, and SAM checks
- Driver's license or government-issued photo ID
