Labor and Delivery RN

Job details

  • Location: Westerville, Ohio
  • Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Employment type: LTA
  • Agency staff may be down staffed, reassigned to another open shift, or floated to another unit or care site to maintain contracted hours.

Required qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Ohio
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • NRP
  • Resume
  • Skills checklist completed within the past year
  • Two professional references

Onboarding requirements

  • COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
  • Fit test
  • Hepatitis B documentation or declination
  • Two-step PPD or IGRA testing
  • MMR documentation
  • Varicella documentation
  • Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
  • Confidentiality and information security agreement
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form
  • Criminal background check
  • Education verification
  • EPLS screening
  • GSA/OIG screening
  • Integrity and audit services form
  • Joint Commission testing
  • NSO screening
  • System access form
  • I-9
  • Specialty-specific competency testing completed within a year

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
