Schedule

Day shift
5x8 hours
40 hours per week
Every other weekend
Call required, including weekday call rotation
Must live and respond within 30 minutes

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Louisiana
Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (R)
Proficiency in embolization procedures
Proficiency in coiling procedures
Proficiency in ablation procedures
Proficiency in implant procedures (ports, pacemakers, ICDs)
Experience with Impella devices
Experience with IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
Experience with IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound)
Experience with Shockwave devices
Experience with Rotoblator devices
Experience with laser procedures

Required Skills / Experience

Embolization
Coiling
Ablations
Implant procedures, including ports, pacemakers, and ICDs
Impella
IABP
IVUS
Shockwave
Rotoblator
Laser
Thrombectomy devices
STEMI care with focus on FTB/DTB under 60 minutes
Peripheral procedures
EP procedures
Ability to work independently in Cath Lab procedures

Additional Notes

Candidate may be assigned to an emergency team during an emergency event and may be expected to remain at the facility or serve on the relief team
Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset are expected

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
