Location: Oregon, Missouri

Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Missouri
- Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- CCC
- Experience in a(n) Long Term Care setting
- Experience in a(n) Rehabilitation setting
Role Summary
- Screens, evaluates, and treats patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Develops and adjusts plans of care based on patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
- Communicates patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans with the care team
- Completes discharge summaries and required documentation
- Participates in required meetings, trainings, in-services, and conferences
- May supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists
