Inpatient Pharmacist
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Day shift: 12:00 PM–10:30 PM
- 4x10 schedule, 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Unit accepts first-time travelers
- Local candidates are not accepted; local radius is 75 miles
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Pharmacist license
- 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- BCPS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute
Additional Required Items
- Drivers License/State ID
- E-Verify
- 7-year background check within 1 year of start, with annual updates
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Education verification
- Transcript or diploma may be accepted as a placeholder if education verification is not finalized in time for start
- Fingerprinting and signed fingerprint consent form
- Clear headshot for badge
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire required for positive TB results
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Complete application/resume
- Unit-specific skills checklist
- 7-year work history verification
Preferred
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, MAB, NIH Stroke Certification, and CPI when applicable
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam when applicable
- Competency exam when applicable
