Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Jacksonville, Illinois
• Day shift: 5x8, 8:00–16:30
• 13-week assignment
• Outpatient pediatric occupational therapy
• Critical Access facility with 25 staffed beds
• Cerner charting
• Locals accepted
• Will float as needed within scope

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pediatric Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
• Pediatric Occupational Therapist (3 years of experience)
• Pediatric Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• Background check required
• Education verification required
• Competency exam required
• Skills checklist required
• 2 professional references required
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Fit test required
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required
• TB questionnaire required
• Drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for working travelers
• Illinois state registry/fingerprint-related screening required for clinical candidates without an Illinois state license providing direct care

Schedule / Assignment Notes

• No on-call
• RTO ideally no more than 5 days
• Block schedule requests may be discussed with the manager
