SLP Home Health
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Saint Louis, Missouri
- Home Health/SLP
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Ratios: 6 visits/day
- Weekend work: as needed
- First-timers accepted
- On-call not required
- Local candidates accepted
- Territory mileage radius: 40–80 miles
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.55/mile
- RTO restriction: no more than 7 days
- Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
- Scrub color: Gray
- Charting: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Missouri
- Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Float Scope
- SLP will cover the GSL St Charles, West, and South teams
Additional Notes
- Government-issued ID required
- For Home Health positions, candidate must provide driver’s license
- Background check, education verification, and state-specific screening requirements apply
- Employment application, skills checklist, references, and employment/compliance documents are required
- Physical exam, fit mask, TB documentation, drug testing, flu documentation, and immunization/declination documentation are required before start
