House Supervisor

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Clinton, Maryland
• Start date: 11/16
• 8-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• Evening/Nights schedule
• Shift pattern: combination of 12-, 8-, and 10-hour shifts to reach 40 hours/week
• No on-call
• No float
• Holiday and weekend rotation as needed
• Guaranteed hours: 36
• Ratio: 1:5-6
• Scrub color: Ceil Blue
• Pending license accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• 5 years of House Supervisor experience
• House Supervisor experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Experience in Charge roles
• Experience with Cerner

Preferred

• NIHSS

Additional Notes

• Drug screen required within 90 days of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year
• Annual physical required
• Annual TB questionnaire required
• MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, and Tdap documentation requirements apply
• Color blind testing required
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam required prior to start and every 3 years
• Competency exam required within 3 years of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required prior to start and monthly thereafter
