Description
TDY RN Nurse Manager, Sub-Regional Clinic
- Location: Bethel, Alaska (Sub-Regional Clinic in Emmonak, AK)
- Employment Type: Contract, 26 weeks
- Hours: 32 per week
- Shift: To be discussed with manager; M-F 8-5
- Guaranteed Hours: If guaranteed hours are 40 per week, the first week is not guaranteed because orientation starts on a Tuesday.
Role Summary
- Manages daily operations of the Sub-Regional Clinic to coordinate patient flow and care across the clinic and other providers
- Ensures current and accurate medical records
- Provides information needed to optimize reimbursement for clinic services and furnishes documentation needed to manage the clinic
- Serves as liaison between Bethel departments and the Sub-Regional Clinic
- Responsible for staffing positions
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Manager experience within the last year, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a manager
- Clinic experience
- Current BLS certification
