Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Nights

Location: Highlands Ranch, Colorado Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12 hours (19:00-07:30), various days of the week Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Unit and Assignment Details

• Department: Surgical Specialties
• Unit: MS/Tele (Telemetry)
• Total Staffed Beds: 24
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6, which may flex up based on staffing and unit needs, with additional support provided
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period
• On-Call: Not required
• Float: Floats within scope and between like units as required, and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs
• Charting System: Epic
• Scrub Color: Navy blue
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted, as long as experience requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience (2 years)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or RQI

Not Required

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Not required for MS/Tele

Orientation

• Facility modules must be completed within the first two weeks of the assignment
