Description

Scrub Tech First Assist

Location: Salida, Colorado

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 5 x 8-hour days (40 hours per week per shift listing); 32 hours per week per job data. Rotating call averaging 1-2 days a week and every 4th weekend.

Required Qualifications

Valid First Assist Technician license in Colorado
First Assist Technician experience (2 years), with experience within the last year
Certification as OR Surgical Technician
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Orthopedic experience, including experience working with orthopedics patients and Orthopedic Technologist experience

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
