Description
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Float Pool
- Location: Helena, Montana
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours per Week: 36
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 to 6
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- 2 years of float experience
- Float experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
Float Scope
- Floating is required, between the medical floor and surgical/oncology.
Application and Scheduling Requirements
- Prescreen, then a direct interview with the manager, then an offer.
- The 200-mile radius rule applies.
- All RTO and schedule requests must be included at submission. Requests made after submission will not be approved.
- Full demographic information must be loaded into the profile at submittal. Candidates without it cannot be confirmed.
