Description

VT Home Health RN (OASIS Experience Required, Dayshift)

Location: Newport, Vermont Employment Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility based on patient needs
Scheduled for 1 weekend a month, followed by 2 days off (1 day before Saturday and 1 day after Sunday)
Listed shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 8 am to 6 pm
Some on-call shifts may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis

Requirements

Valid RN license in Vermont
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health experience (2 years of experience), with Home Health experience within the last year
Experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set)
Hospice experience
Experience in an outpatient setting
BLS certification
Valid driver's license in good standing

Additional Information

Setting: Outpatient care
The facility conducts its own background check

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
