PediaStaff is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing therapy team providing services to students across school districts surrounding Enid, Oklahoma.

Role Overview

As a school-based PTA, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help students improve mobility, functional participation, and access to their educational environment. This role offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to collaborate with school teams across multiple districts.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between school sites
• Ability to work collaboratively under PT supervision

Job Details

• Location: Northwestern Oklahoma area surrounding Enid
• Start Date: January 2027
• Duration: Through April 2027, with potential for extension
• Schedule: Part-Time
• Days: 3 days per week
• Caseload: Approximately 25-30 students
• Service Area: Up to 10 school district campuses

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement treatment plans and student goals
• Document student progress and maintain required records
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and functional skill development
• Collaborate with educational teams and families
• Support student participation and success within the school environment
