The healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) RN (Registered Nurse) for a position located in the United States. Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room
• Certifications: All certifications are required upon hire, including RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS), and additional licenses as needed.
• Experience: 3 years of clinical experience in a surgical or operating room setting.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, with 12-hour shift hours and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Minimum Qualifications: Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, basic computer skills, and experience with direct patient care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills, ability to respond effectively to emergencies, excellent time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices.
• Additional Information: Clinicians will float among various specialties and can choose their own call dates. The schedule includes 24-40 hours of call within a four-week period, with call assigned in a randomized order.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to start on 09/14/2026 and work through 12/14/2026.
