Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing compassionate and specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The position requires the ability to manage multiple patients and respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-Compact - Registered Nurse (Multi-state Compact). BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support. NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program or ARC-NALS - American Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support. NRP-P - NRP-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 days or NRP-I - NRP - Instructor. ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support or ARC-ALS - American Red Cross Advanced Life Support. ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 days. Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
  • Additional Information: This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong critical thinking and evidence-based practice skills. The nurse must demonstrate excellent time management, interpersonal abilities, and expertise in utilizing clinical technology.
