Job Summary:
The labor and delivery department in Brunswick, Georgia, is seeking a qualified health care professional to join the team for upcoming nursing assignments. This role involves providing patient care in the labor and delivery unit, supporting the healthcare provider with clinical responsibilities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of mothers and newborns. The position requires the ability to work night shifts and adapt to the unit's operational needs.
Job Details:
- Location: Brunswick, Georgia
- Shift Time: Nights
- Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 08/10/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing or a related specialty
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), and trauma or obstetric experience are desirable.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Must be able to triage, circulate, and recover in post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) as per facility's fixed notes.
